One of the better plays in the energy sector at this time appears to be Devon Energy (DVN), which several days ago, dropped to levels not seen since a brief moment in 2011. Other than that, it hasn't traded that low since 2009. It has made a nice move since the latter part of April, but when measured against a 5-year performance, it is still relatively cheap.
